I have had cold hands and feet and a tingling/burning sensation in my feet. I happened to receive an email forwarded by a friend that stated that the use of aspertame could cause the condition. I take RiteStart, and I also stopped ingesting anything with aspertame or saccharin in it. The sensation seems to have disappeared. I hope this helps you.
